Goddess

The Lady

She walks on the water and the wind.

She walks on the water and the wind.

She walks on the water, She dances on the wind,

She walks through the water and the wind.

She dances, She dances,

She dances through the water.

She dances, She dances,

She dances through the wind.

She's around us, She's among us, She's inside us today.

Look to your neighbors, Look to your friends,

You will see Her in them.

1/27/07 05:00 pm - My Poetry: The Goddess to Me

Goddess

The Goddess to Me

The Goddess is like a Mother,

She watches over me and nurtures me.

She encourages me to grow and learn,

To become independent and self-sufficient.

The Goddess is like a Sister,

Always there, a part of me,

Yet different from me.

Ready to listen to me,

No matter how trivial my troubles.

The Goddess is like a Friend,

Never judging,

No matter what mistakes I make.

She's always there, supporting me;

Yet She let's me make my own choices

And fix my own problems.

The Goddess is a Healer.

She's always there to help us heal ourselves of all wounds.

The Goddess is like a Warrior, Protecting me from those who would hurt me, She gives me the knowledge and power to protect myself. She watches over the innocent and helpless.

The Goddess is clever and compassionate, strong and gentle.

She's a Mother, a Sister, A Friend, A Healer, A Warrior, A Magician, And a Woman.

The Goddess is: Isis, Diana, Artemis, Gaia, Hekate,
The Mother.

1/27/07 04:59 pm - My Poetry: The Love Of The Goddess

Goddess

The Love Of The Goddess

I am surrounded by the Love of the Goddess.

When I'm awake, and when I'm asleep,

She surrounds me with Her gentle Love.

Her Love warms me when I'm cold,

And calms me when I'm afraid.

Her Love is greater than the sky,

Vaster than the seas,

As Fathomless as the Universe.

Her Love is deeper than Time itself,

More enduring than the Stars above.

Her Love is with me now and for always;

The Goddess is with me!

Goddess

Mother Moon

Moon light, Moon bright,

Cradle me in your arms tonight.

Rock me gently, ever softly,

guard my dreams tonight.

Moon light, Shine on me,

Bathe me in your gentle glow.

Mother Moon, guide me this night.
